\huge \mathtt{\red{A}\pink{n}\blue{s}\purple{w}\green{e}\pink{r}}

4x+3y= -12

4x= -12 -3y------(i)

Now put 4x= -12-3y

4x+3y= -12

-12 -3y +3y= -12

-12= -12

 - 12 + 12 = 0

So x=0

Put the value of x in 4x+3y= -12

4×0+3y=12

0+3y=12

y =  \frac{12}{3}  = 4

So y=4

So your answer is (b) 0,4
