While nearly 70 percent of the world is covered by water, only 2.5 percent of it is fresh. The rest is saline and ocean-based. Even then, just 1 percent of our freshwater is easily accessible, with much of it trapped in glaciers and snowfields.

Human body is made with 70% of water. So we have to drink a significant amount of water in daily basis to live a healthy life.

The two third portion of the earth is made with water portion.

This water is divided into two parts;freshwater and saline water.

The saline water is the most of the water present in the earth. But this kind of water is not for drinking purporse.

We can only drink the freshwater which is only 2% of the total water supply is the world. The 1.5% of this freshwater is captured by the ice in both the North and the South Pole.

The rest amout of the water is easily accessible for our daily usage.

So the availability of fresh water in the earth is not unlimited.
