Given: There some properties of cone and cylinder are given.

To find: We have to find the property which can be calculated for only cone.

Solution:

  • A cone has slant height l. The volume of a cone is \dfrac{1}{3}\pi r^2h. Where h is the height of the cone and r is the radius of the cone. It has base area \pi r^2. It have curved surface area\pi r(r+\sqrt{r^2+h^2}).
  • A cylinder does not have slant height. The volume of a cylinder is \pi r^2h. Where h is the height of the cylinder and r is the radius of the cylinder. It has base area \pi r^2. It have curved surface area2\pi r(r+h).

So, correct option is c.
