is probability a event because there is 2 percent chance of happening a thing by 3 . and 1 percent is not .

And 15 % percent chance of the 100 % percent to happen . So , 15% is a probability event .

Last 0.7 is also the probability event . Because there is only 0.7 chance to happen anything .

But -1.5 is not the probability event . Because there is no and nothing chance to happen.
