-8.0x10^-20 C charge is not possible.

  • The minimum amount of charge possible is the charge of a single electron [i.e. -1.6 × 10^(-19) C]

  • -8.0 × 10^(-20) C is a charge smaller than the charge of an electron.

  • However, the other options (a, b and c) contain charges which are integral multiples of charge of a single electron. So, those charges are possible.

  • The charges possible are : \pm 1e, \pm 2e, \pm 3e , ...

Hope It Helps.
