The compound that have polar covalent bond among the following is

d) CCl4

This is because Carbon has 4 electrons in its outermost shell whereas chlorine has 1 electron in its outermost shell.

So 4 Chlorine atoms will donate 4 electrons each to the carbon atom to complete its octate.

So the bond that exists in the compound is polar covalent bond.
