When milk is left in the open with suitable temperature.

Bacteria begin to multiple in the milk..
Which means spoilage...

But keeping the milk in refrigerator can also result in that..but after a longer time than outside..

Keeping the milk in open means leaving it exposed to the environment .Where thousands of microorganisms like bacteria viruses are growing. So there is much more probability of this milk get spoiled.
