All 3 Will contain the same amount of atoms i.e.
6.022*10^23
Explanation:- Molar Mass of O = 16*1 = 16.
And No of moles= Given Mass/ Molar Mass
No of moles= 16/16 = 1u.

And value of u = 6.022*10^23
No of atoms = 1* 6.022*10^23 = 6.022*10^23.

Similarly, Finding the molar Mass of O2 and 3 and then putting the value in the formula of no of moles we will find out that no of moles will be same i.e 1

So no. of atoms will also be same i.e 6.022*10^23 atoms.
