B.  Lebanon is the right answer.

Lebanon is a Mediterranean country and you can find calcareous except for the sandy soils formed on the basal cretaceous strata of the Akkar Plain and the alluvial soils of central and western Bekaa Valley.

Slopping and seed beds make a complex landform of Lebanon. Here you cannot find oil or phosphates, but you can find some of the most abundant water bodies in Lebanon.
