The teams participated in this tournament were from Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, Iran, Macao, China, Vietnam, Russia and Thailand.

The tournament was organized in Pattaya of Thailand, which is known as the resort city.

The team of Hong Kong had won the championship.  However, the tournament was highly appreciated.
