Windy days are more suitable to dry clothes as in cloudy day it may rain which in turn will make the clothes more wet.

windy days are more suitable for dring washed clothes as compared to cloudy days , because during cloudy days ther are more possibility of rain shower whereas during windy days even if the wind is blowing too hard the clothes can be pinned up on the rope so that they may not blow away with the wind.
