when AgNO3 reacts with the halides they form insoluble silver halides such as silver chloride , silver bromide and silver iodide.
Ag+(aq) + Cl-(aq) == AgCl (s) ppt
Ag+(aq) + Br-(aq) == AgBr (s) ppt
Ag+(aq) + I- (aq) == AgI (s) ppt
but silver fluoride is soluble, hence no ppt formed.
hope it helps!!
