Aluminum Element has Largest Atomic radius.

Explanation:
--------------------
Given Elements :
Aluminum, Silicon, Phophorous and Sulphur belongs to Third period.

In a period , as we go from left to right in a periodic table, atomic number increases .
Differentiating electrons enters into same shell hence the effective nuclear charge decreases .
Hence atomic radius decreases along period.

Conculsion:
Aluminium is the element which has greater atomic radius and sulphur has smaller atomic radius.

The answer of your question is  "aluminum".
This is because energy level are more in aluminum because of more electrons.
On going from left to right in the period the atomic radius of atoms decreases this is because the no shell increase in the outermost shell of the atom due to no increase in electrons. And because all other atoms are right to the aluminum in the periodic table thus their atomic radius are also low.
The order of these elements are like that
Aluminum ,silicon, phosphorus , sulfur.
So the aluminum will have maximum atomic radii out while sulfur will have least out of above mentioned atoms/
