8

let \:  \alpha  = 3 \\  \beta  = 5 \\  \alpha  \beta  =  \frac{c}{a}  \\ here \sf\red{  \: a = 1   } \\ \sf\red{ c = 15} \\

 \alpha  +  \beta  =  - b  \div a \\ 3 + 5 =  - b \div a \\ 8 =  - b \div a

\sf\green{here \: a = 1 \: and \: b \:  =  - 8 }

Put all these value in General equations

ax²+by+c =0

\;\large{\boxed{\bf{\pink{ \: 1x {}^{2} - 8y + 15 = 0  \: is \: the \: answer}}}}

\sf\blue{hope \: this \: helps \: you!! \: }
