A blue copper(II) sulfate crystal dissolves slowly when placed in a beaker of water without stirring, giving a uniformly light blue solution.

bcoz it shows the fluidity of liquids and not depicts diffusion in any manner as diffusion is the intermixing of particles and in case b there is no such intermixing .
