Father's sex chromosomes, (B).

Father's sex chromosomes contain two types of chromosomes - X and Y. These chromosomes when it meets the female sex chromosome which is X. When male chromosome X meet female chromosome X, the offspring will be a female. On the other hand,  when male chromosome Y meets female chromosome-X, the offspring will be a male.
