Given that,

A particle performing rectilinear motion, provided there is  no collision anywhere.

We need to find the wrong graph

Using diagram

A. This graph shows that an object can have positive as well as negative acceleration at same location at different times.

This graph is possible.

An analogy is for a spring block system's motion where block has at same location at different times the opposite acceleration.

B. The first half wave like curve is possible because the velocity increases and thus displacement increases.

But in the second half curve the velocity is negative but displacement is still positive.

So, This graph is not possible.

C. In this graph also the second half curve is contradictory because acceleration is negative but velocity is increasing.

So, This graph is possible.

D. This is not possible. This is possible as per the explanation in graph A.

Hence, Graph B and D are wrong.
