namboodiri: carbon dioxide and chloroflorocarbon
istuti: CFC helps in breaking o3 in o2 and o . ti does not responsible for global warming
namboodiri: no it is responsible in global warming too
namboodiri: they also are responsible for 80% of ozone depletion

Solution :-

Greenhouse gases are those that absorb and emit infrared radiation in the wavelength range emitted by Earth. In order, the most abundant greenhouse gases in Earth's atmosphere are :

1) Water vapor
2) Carbon dioxide (CO₂)
3) Methane (CH₄)
4) Nitrous Oxide (N₂O)
5) Ozone (O₃)
6) Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC)
7) Hydrofluorocarbons

Water vapor is the most abundant heat-trapping gas, but it is rarely discussed when considering human-induced climate change. The reason is that water vapor has a short cycle in the atmosphere (10 days average) before it is incorporated into weather events and falls to Earth. So, it cannot build up in the atmosphere in the same way as carbon dioxide does.

Carbon dioxide remains in the atmosphere longer than major heat-trapping gases emitted as a result of human activities. So, carbon dioxide has maximum contribution towards global warming.

So, correct answer of this question is Carbon dioxide.
