Let us first see their electronic config.

Na= 2,8,1
Mg= 2,8,2
Al = 2,8,3

After formation of the ions all of them will have electronic config. = 2,8.

However the no. of protons in each of them are different and hence the attraction of remaining electrons towards the nucleus will depends upon it.

Thus more no. of protons, stronger the attraction smaller the ion
Hence, the order of ionic radii will be Na2+>Mg2+>Al3+
