As we already know that momentum is the product of mass and velocity... On the basis of it, we can find which one has more momentun.
P=mv
P of first object = 2 kg × 2m/s
= 2N
P of the second object= 1kg×3m/s
= 3N
So from this which we can understand that second object has more momentum.
