Area of rectangle = l X b
                            = 24 X 17
                            = 408cm²
Area of Square = s².
                          = 21²
                          = 441cm²
so area of square is greater by 441 - 408 = 33cm

area of rectangle = l * b
=24 * 17
=408cm2

area of square = side * side
= 21*21
= 441 cm2

therefore square has larger area by 33 cm2
