MgO is the ionically bonded material that have highest melting point.

MgO also known as magnesium oxide has melting point around 2800° Celsius and has greater number of charges and hence form stronger ionic bonds than NaCl also known as sodium chloride.

NaCl undergoes sharing of one electron while MgO undergoes sharing of two electrons.

Whereas ZrC also known as Zirconium Carbide has melting point around 3530° Celsius but because of the strong covalent bond.
