I think it's i and iii as speed itself dont represent activeness or your body reflexes and referring the term speed as physical fitness is not reasonable so I'd reffer to both of the points muscular strength+flexibility if it was a term like activeness or fast body response instead of just high speed on a track , id refer to it too
