An individual 's behaviour such as increased consumption of high caloric food, increased sedentary activity while decreasing physical activity has been identified as key issues in the development of obesity.. I am an adolescent myself and all my classmates are total opposite of me. They just sit at home and play video games for fun. They never go out in the playground to have fun... And that is bugging me a lot.. Sometimes I also feel lazy and I skip my workout but then I remind myself that I should not he influenced by such bad habits u have to keep ur moving for it work longer and better. But that doesn't mean that u r working out 24/7 u have to do it in a limited time and u should do limited things for your age.. U can do skipping, planks, jumping jacks and a lot more.. Now a days everything is on internet then why can't we stop playing games and search about workout and a balanced diet... Not only exercise is important.. To not suffer from obesity having a healthy balanced diet is important too.. You have to think about yourself first rather than thinking what ur frnds will think if u r eating homemade lunch and everyone else are eating junk food or snacks that are not going to help them in the long run.. Do not customize ur lifestyle on the basis of others (What will they think..?)... JUST DO WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOOD FOR YOU AND KEEP YOUR BODY MOVING..
