!) Ca(OH)2---> Ca(OH)^-

  Ca(OH)^---->Ca^2+ + (OH)^-

Since it has two ionisable hydroxide ions, it's acidity is 2, hence it is dibasic.

2)CH3COOH is an acid.

3)NH4OH is monobasic.

NH4OH----> NH4^+ + (OH)^-

4)HCOOH is an acid just like CH3COOH

Therefore, the correct answer is NH4OH.
