b) 2x²-3x+1

b) 2x^2 - 3x + 1

A polynomial cannot have negative number of fraction as exponent of any term. the exponent should be positive integer.

in a, exponent is negative ( 1/x = x^(-1))

in c, exponent is fraction ( √x = x^(1/2))
