Magnets produce a force which is non contact in nature.

Basically,

Non Contact Forces are the forces which act on the object that are non in direct contact.

There are 3 types Of Non Contact Forces :-

Gravitational Force :- The force of attraction between two objects in the universe.

Electrostatic Force :- It is a Non contact Force with electric charges.

Magnetic Force :- A Non Contact Force in which metals like Iron, Nickel, Cobalt etc. attract or repel each other.
