There is no problem during the marriage. There is no incompatibility there.
There is a possibility of danger to the 2nd offspring ..born to Rh+ man and Rh- woman. That also only when the 1st born is a Rh+ child. In case of some complication during the delivery, if the blood of Rh+ new born is mixed with that of the mother, some antibodies are developed. They could affect the next pregnancy/child, in case that child also has a Rh+ group. If the first child has a Rh- group, then there is no problem.
Normally the blood of an offspring/baby/foetus inside the woman does not have any connection with the blood of the mother. Only in case of complications, if the blood mixes and the resulting antibodies affect the blood from the other blood group, it may result in problems.
Problem could be (possibility) to the next child born after a Rh+ child.
