So it is rational.

(b)

 \frac{ \sqrt{12} }{ \sqrt{3} }  =  \sqrt{ \frac{12}{3}} =  \sqrt{4}  = 2

So it is also rational.

(c) √7 is irrational as it can't be expressed in p/q form.

(d) √81 => 9 so it is also rational.
