First series : Next number is 1.5 more than previous number

1.5  + 1.5  + 2 * 0 = 3

3 +    1.5 +  2 * 1  = 6.5

6.5 + 1.5 + 2 * 2 = 12

12  + 1.5  + 2 * 3  = 19.5

Missing  Number is  12

Second series :  Next number is 2 more than previous number

4 + 2 = 6

6 + 2 = 8

8 + 2  = 10

10 +  2 = 12
