• Presidential Government is a government in which President is the supreme head.

• But in India, Prime minister is the supreme head of executive meanwhile president is nominal head.

• The Parliamentary government was adopted from the British Constitution.

• However, we did not adopt the monarchy instead we adopted nominal president from Ireland.

• India is a Quasi-federal Country. As, India is union of states and provides for a federal structure with unitary spirit.

• The Constitution of India of India granted independent and integrated Judiciary for India.
