c Chanchala
d Moodha
Answers
Answer:
Chanchala is not a part of Chitta Bhoomi
Explanation:
The five states of Chitta Bhoomi are
Kshipta (Monkey Mind): When in this state, the mind is completely unfocused, unable to make decisions, and jumps from one idea to the next, one feeling to the next, and one object to another. It oscillates between love and hatred, preferences and disfavors, and hopes and disappointments.
Vikshipta (Butterfly Mind): We pledge to put in a lot of effort in search of a balanced, healthy lifestyle. We are content and proud of ourselves, and we let everyone know how much we have changed. The initial challenge or hurdle nearly makes us feel like we are where we always wanted to be, but when that happens, our attention quickly wanders. When faced with a difficult circumstance, we often decide to withdraw and fall back into our old routines.
Moodha (Dull Mind): The intellect lacks energy, is dull, tired, and lethargic. In such a mental condition, we experience fatigue and a lack of motivation to participate in life. We readily give up and come up with various excuses for why we shouldn't carry out our plans. The sluggish mind causes us to become unhappy if we are rejected or must put in extra effort to obtain the desired goal. We are quick to criticise and criticise others.
Ekagra mins (Candle Mind): The mind is quite relaxed but not asleep, and it is prepared to focus and pay attention. We may train the mind to be in such a calm state of concentration through yoga.
Niruddha (fully concentrated mind): The mind is completely absorbed in the focus of attention in this state, free from outside distractions. In such a state, neither fresh nor old impressions can divert our attention or affect our current state. It is possible to practise the knowledge in order to achieve higher mental states.
