"Amoeba is not a eukaryote.

A eukaryote is an organism whose cells do have the nucleus which is enclosed within the membranes, but not like the prokaryotes.

Eukaryotic cells contain other membranes bound organelles such as Golgi apparatus and mitochondria, in some cells algae and plants which contains the chloroplasts.

Eukaryote also has a multicellular which includes the organisms which contain many cell types which form very different kinds of tissue.
