A star is formed when a pre-existing star dies out in a big explosion called a supernova or if it is big enough it is called a hypernova. During a supernova burst, a lot of debrus is blasted out which gravity uses as a raw material for making stars. Medium sized or small sized end their life cycle as a white dwarfs. Also if a star is big enough it can die and form a black hole or even a neutron star.

Hope it helps and pls mark this the brainliest ans. if it helped you in so.e way. Thanks!!!
