As indicated by Section 2(7) of the Act, "merchandise" incorporate

  • Any mobile property with the exception of significant cases and cash;
  • Stock and offers;
  • The developing yields, standing wood, grass;
  • The things that are joined or framing part of the land which is consented to be cut off from the land before the deal. It has been held in the State of Maharashtra v. Champalal Kishanlal Mohta that things that are appended to land are the topic of the agreement of offer assuming they are cut off before the deal.
