The Insecta is not found in the same rank. Insecta is known as hexapod invertebrates & it is regarded as the biggest group found within the arthropod phylum. Usually, insect class belongs to the Arthropoda.

They have chitinous exoskeleton known as head, abdomen, and thorax.
