Central Dogma is a pillar of molecular biology which explains life in two steps which are:

-Transcription

-Translation

DNA is transformed into RNA inside the nucleus is called Transcription.

Formation of proteins from RNA via ribosomes in cytoplasm is called Translation.

To summarize it,  "Life is DNA, the rest is translation."
