I am not completely sure what the answer is, but I believe it is either "when a narrator has complete and total awareness, understanding, or knowledge", or "how a narrator or character sees or thinks about what is happening". The other two answers make no sense whatsoever, so therefore it is either the first answer I listed in the quotation marks or the second one.
