To Find :

  • sum of zeroes of given polynomial

Solution :

Given polynomial :- 3x² - 5x + 2

here,

  • a = 3
  • b = -5
  • c = 2

Sum of zeroes = - coefficient of x²/coefficient of x

= -(-5)/3

= 5/3

Product of zeroes = constant term/coefficient of x

= 2/3
