D. All of these cannot be true as centripetal acceleration is working velocity changes in changing the direction and kinetic energy is increasing and decreasing in circular motion. Please mark the answer as brainliest.

When an object moves in a circle at a constant speed its velocity (which is a vector) is constantly changing because of change in direction.

Acceleration in uniform motion is directed towards center and hence direction of acceleration is always changing. Hence, acceleration is also changing.
