c) is wrong option for BF_{3} molecule

Explanation:

Here B is for the  boron atom and F is for the fluorine atom.

This given molecule is known as Bororn trifluoride,

Both Boron and Fluoride has electronic configuration like this,

B=2,3  and F=2,7

Boron is the central atom in the given molecule

When we draw its lewis structure we gets that,

1) Central atom Boron has 3 electrons and it can share its outermost electrons with fluorine atom which has 7  outermost electrons, so they forms covalent bond with each other.

2) Boron atom has empty p-orbital with 3 electrons only and that's why this whole molecule becomes electron deficient and can accept electrons from same or another atom.

3) When an atom can accept electrons from same or different atoms it is known as lewis acid. This given molecule will lewis acid.

Only c) option is incorrect here
