As like other options deforestation do affect aquatic life in some manner. But it won’t cause big damage to the ecosystem as like the other three.

Deforestation leads to soil erosion and in climate change. When trees in the forest fails to stop soil erosion during rain eroded soil will get sediment in a river that affect the oxygen containment of the water for a certain time.
