If it passes through origin then one of the solutions should be (0,0)

1. let x=0

0+y=2

y=2

It doesnot pass through origin

2. let x= 0

0-y=2

y= -2

It also doesnot pass through the origin

3. let x=0

2(0)+3y=0

3y=0

y=0

So it passes through the origin as it has a solution (0,0)
