It is not correct.

According to continuity equation,

AV=constant

If V_{P}=V

Then, V_{Q}=2V

(2). P_{Q}=P_{S}

It is not correct because P and S are not same level.

(3). P_{A}<P_{T}

It is correct.

According to figure,

A at upper point and T at lower point .

The pressure is higher at lower point so,the pressure will be higher at T and lower at A.
