Answer:

Cell membrane, nucleus and endoplasmic reticulum are common in both plants and animals.

Cell membrane - It's selectively permeable membrane and thus allow only certain substances to enter or exit the cell. Fluidity of plasma membrane is useful in various processes like cell growth, cell division, endocytosis, secretion, formation of intercellular junctions etc.

Cell wall: It performs the following functions

      1) Provides shape to the cell

      2) Provides protection against mechanical injuries and infections

      3) Provides barrier to undesirable biomolecules

      4) Cell to cell communication

Plastids - Plastids are responsible for

       1) Photosynthesis

       2) Storage of products like starch, proteins, oils and fats etc.

       3) For the synthesis of many classes of molecules such as fatty acids     and terpenes

Vacuoles - Stores water and excretory products. Helps in maintaining osmotic potential.

Nucleus: Controls the functioning of the cell. It consists of hereditary materials.

Endoplasmic reticulum - Synthesis of lipids and proteins.
