☆Basically here we know that the metallic oxides are always basic in nature...thus if we look around from the given option then ..
☆FeO is the most basic than others because ...it easily ionizes as base in aqueous solution than others ...where as the other oxides have more oxidation state such that they have more acidic nature than the FeO.....
☆And also here Fe3O4 ...is an amphoterric oxide which is both acidic and basic in nature ...thus the most basic is FeO...only....
