N(7) Electronic configuration:{2,5}.

O(8) Electronic configuration:{2,6}.

So total valence electrons in molecule N2O3 is (2×5+3×6)=28 valence electrons.

As 28 is an even number hence the molecule, N2O3 is diamagetic.
