Answer:

3x-2y=5 ; 2x-3y=7

a1 = 3. ; a2 =2

b1 = -2. ; b2 = -3

c1 = -5. ; c2 = -7

a1/a2 = 3/2

b1/b2 = -2/-3 = 2/3

Since a1/a2 is not equal to b1/b2, the pair of linear equations are consistent
