The answer is:
Iron (III) sulphate [Fe2(SO4)3] and Potassium Hydroxide [KOH] will give brown precipitate when mixed. The reaction of the chemical change is:

2Fe(SO4)3 + 6KOH ---> 2Fe(OH)3 + 3K2(SO4)

A double displacement reaction takes place.

Potassium Sulphate is the precipitate which is brown on color.
