The part that missing in the animal cells are as follows :
chloroplasts, cell wall and vacuoles.
Cell wall strengthens the cell, chloroplasts are only present in the plant because they trap energy from the sun for photosynthesis and vacuoles keel the cell turgid.

Plastids are present only in plants , it contains the pigment used in photosynthesis so it is absent in animal cell . It also helps in the storage of food in plants
